Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer a huge variety of optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you complete your requirements, whilst being safe and efficient at the worksite. When precision and accuracy are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you require.
The Future
Many attachments have been designed and made in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible. Booms, winches and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to position materials in a more accurate manner. The booms or articulating booms come with 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures in order to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New products and attachments are being engineered and made all the time and would debut in the future.
Many improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For instance, load-reach management devices can restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled rather than depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are used in order to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the boom's extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits. There is an essential lock-up device or a warning system that prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
